What are "screen fees"?
Set-up fees, also known as screen fees, cover the costs of creating screens for printing. This fee is essential because setting up a screen for printing involves meticulous steps like reclaiming, applying emulsion, screen burning, drying, print calibration, and ink application.
At Limitless, we prioritize efficient printing processes to provide the best value for our clients. Our skilled team ensures high-quality prints and exceptional craftsmanship by executing each set-up with precision.
Set-up fees may be waived or reduced if the same screen(s) is reused for subsequent printing jobs.

Do you offer all-over screen print?
Yes, we offer all-over screen printing services. For blank garments, we can provide Jumbo print, creating bold and eye-catching designs that cover a large area. In addition, for Cut & Sewn orders, we can accommodate all-over printing, allowing you to create custom designs that span across the entire garment.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
File Types: We prefer to work with vector AI, PNG, or PSD files. JPEG’s or other non vectored file types may require an artwork fee. A good rule of thumb is that if it looks pixelated on your computer or phone, it will look that way on the shirt. File resolution 300 DPI/PPI is preferred.
Artwork Size: It is a good idea to size up your submitted artwork as close to the size you'd like it printed. For example, if you are needing a large front print to be 12.5" wide, you may want to create your artwork to that size.
Artwork Recreation: If your artwork is to pixelated to work with, or it is made using a screenshot, an artwork fee may be incurred onto the order.
How long does production take?
Timely delivery is crucial for your business. Here's a breakdown of our estimated production times for different order types:
DTG Orders: For direct-to-garment (DTG) orders, you can expect delivery within 5-7 days after we receive your blanks. Our state-of-the-art DTG printing technology ensures vibrant and high-quality prints with a quick turnaround.
Embroidery Orders: If you opt for embroidery, your order will typically be delivered within 10-14 days after we receive your blanks. Our skilled team of embroiderers pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precise and professional stitching on your garments.
Screen Printing Orders: Screen printing orders usually require 2-3 weeks for delivery after we receive your blanks. This method offers exceptional durability and vibrant colors, making it a popular choice for larger quantity orders.
Cut & Sewn Orders: The turnaround time for cut and sewn orders is typically 4-6 weeks but can vary depending on the complexity and specific requirements of your project. Can I get a sample of my garment?
At Limitless, we understand the importance of ensuring that your vision is brought to life exactly as you imagine it. That's why we offer a sample process that allows you to see and feel the quality of our work before committing to your bulk order. Here's how it works:
Flat Rate Sample: We offer a convenient and cost-effective Flat Rate Sample option. This option is non-refundable and allows for you to have a physical sample in your hands, without the need to put a deposit on your order.
Shipping Times: Depending on the decoration method, the shipping times for samples may vary. Our DTG (Direct-to-Garment) samples typically take 7-10 days to ship after receiving the blank garment. For embroidery samples, you can expect a shipping time of 10-14 days after receiving the blank garment. Cut and Sewn samples require more intricate work and may take an average of 4-6 weeks for shipping.
Screen Print Samples: Please note that screen print samples are not provided as standalone samples unless they are part of a Cut & Sewn project. This is because screen printing is typically incorporated into the Cut & Sewn process.
Complex Designs: If your sample requires complex decoration locations or multiple decorating styles, please understand that the turnaround time may be extended. Our priority is to ensure that every detail is executed flawlessly, even if it takes a little extra time.

Screen Print: 50 units

TERMS OF SERVICE
DESIGN & ARTWORK SUBMISSION
1- Request a Quote
Fill out a Quote Request Form with as much information as possible. Include any completed Job Sheet, artwork files, any mockups you might have, and garment specifications you might have so that our team can provide you with an accurate quote for your order.
2- Approve and Pay
Once you've received the quote and had a chance to look over the specifications, you will be asked to approve the quote and pay for the total amount to get the order started. If something doesn't look right, you can disapprove of the quote and provide any changes you'd like to make.
4- Production
Time for us to get to work. We take the specifications of your mockups and make your merch a reality.
5- Shipping
Once production is finished, our team will notify you that your order is ready to ship. You'll receive tracking as soon as your box leaves our warehouse. Pick-up is available locally.
COPYRIGHT MATERIAL
In the event that Limitless Manufacturing Group LLC is to imprint at the request of a customer a likeness of a person, product, logotype, or any other device provided by the customer. Customer hereby represents that said likeness is being produced with the knowledge and consent of the individual or entity having the rights thereto.
On request of Limitless Manufacturing Group LLC, the Buyer shall provide the company with evidence of authority to produce such likeness. Buyer agrees to hold Limitless Manufacturing Group free and harmless from all liability and indemnify Limitless Manufacturing Group for any loss, damage, or injury, which Limitless Manufacturing Group may suffer as a result of producing said likeness. The obligation of the buyer shall extend to payment for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs incurred by Limitless Manufacturing Group LLC as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the customer.
General Liability
Upon approval from the client, Limitless Manufacturing Group will not be held responsible for typos or overlooked errors once the printing process has begun.
All sales are final and no refunds will be given since customer approval is necessary before a job can be scheduled for printing due to each job being a custom order. Limitless Manufacturing Group is not responsible for printing on apparel provided by the customer. We cannot guarantee results on garments we did not provide.
